Product Description
Ingredients: L-Arginine
In relation to the skin, L-Arginine has been found to be important in the synthesis of collagen. It has also been found to be necessary in stimulating protein synthesis and in speeding up the regenerative processes of the skin.
Appearance: Fine white powder
Odour: Characteristic
Solubility: Soluble in water
Usage: Up to 1% Typically.
Applications: Use as an active ingredient in cosmetic products.
Amino Acids are a great addition to any anti-ageing formulation. We recommend adding them at a concentration of between 0.2-1.5% after the batch has cooled. For best results maintain pH at 4-5.5
Activity:
Rejuvination: Boosting collagen synthesis.
Moisturisation: All amino acids can bind moisture to themselves allowing for a resevoir of water to be made available to skin cells.
Our current batch has a larger spec size. Sieve analysis specification is 40-60 mesh.
