Features: The yellow colour of our Hemp Seed Oil is due to the removal of much of the chlorophyll which is found in the outer husks of the seed. The seeds are de-hulled prior to pressing of the oil, which is known for its moisturising, soothing and nourishing properties. Rich in essential fatty acids, antioxidant, nutrients and minerals, our Hemp Seed oil helps to hydrate and protect the skin and hair from environmental stressors. Properties/Benefits: Its lighter colour makes it easy to incorporate in formulation. Hemp seed oil contains essential fatty acids (EFAs) and antioxidants, all of which offer a variety of benefits for the skin and hair. EFAs like omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids help to moisturise and protect the skin and hair, while antioxidants such as vitamin E helps to prevent damage from environmental stressors. All of these compounds work together to provide moisturisation, protection, and nourishment.
