Ginger and Rosemary Massage Balm Recipe
Application:
Ingredients:
- 15g cocoa butter
- 85ml apricot kernel oil
- 25 drops lavender essential oil
- 20 drops rosemary essential oil
- 15 drops ginger essential oil
Instructions:
- Melt the butter with the apricot kernel oil.
- Let it cool then add the essential oils, mixing thoroughly.
- Store in a clean container out of sunlight.
Caution:
- Ginger is not suitable for sensitive skins.
- Do not use lavender oil during pregnancy.
- Rosemary oil should not be used during pregnancy. Avoid if you have a history of epilepsy.
