If you've always dreamed of creating your own retail-standard cosmetics, this inspiring workshop is just what you need.
Whether you're a beginner or a spa and salon owner, this course caters to all levels. Whether you're looking to make products for personal use or aiming to build your own cosmetics brand, this course offers a fun, hands-on exploration into the exciting and rewarding world of skincare.
Throughout the course, you'll learn how to create a variety of skincare products using New Directions bases as your foundation. We’ll start by understanding the importance of selecting the right base, before diving into the active ingredients that will make your products shine.
The skincare products we develop will feature Australian native botanical ingredients as key actives. Together, we’ll uncover the potency of these ingredients and how they provide powerful anti-aging and environmental protection benefits.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a clear understanding of how to create your own cosmetic product range, and you’ll leave with your very own set of skincare products to enjoy.
This workshop is offered as an interactive showroom experience running from 10:00 AM to 4:00pm in our Marrickville showroom.
Participants will receive an ingredient kit and recipe booklet of starting-point formulations which will be used during the class to create a beautiful selection of skincare products.
These formulations are built on naturally derived active ingredients and are designed to inspire further experimentation.
Lunch and Afternoon Tea will be provided.
