Each capsule contains: Evening Primrose oil 250mg, Equiv. Gamma-linolenic acid 25mg, Linseed Oil 250mg, Fish oil - Natural 500mg, Equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid 90mg, Equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid 60mg.
Complexion Perfection provides a balanced blend of oils to deliver natural 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids.
Complexion Perfection contains fish oil, a natural source of Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA that are essential for normal growth and development. Omega 3 fatty acids are very important as the body cannot produce them and we can therefore only obtain them from the diet. Evening Primrose oil is a natural source of Gamma-linolenic acid and traditionally used in herbal medicine to assist in the relief of dry, itchy skin conditions.
NO ADDED: Gluten, Lactose, Sucrose, Dairy Products, Artificial Flavours, Artificial Sweeteners or Preservatives.
For Optimum Results
Adults, take 2 - 3 capsules twice daily, with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
